Listing terms
The short, plain version of how listings and plans work.
- Free listings
- A free listing on Buy It In Milford stays free. You can claim it, correct it, or ask us to remove it at any time.
- Paid plans
- Premium and Premium Plus bill monthly to the card you enter at checkout. There's no contract. Cancel anytime from your Owner's Suite and your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for, then your listing goes back to free.
- Founding member pricing
- If you joined with founding pricing, that discount stays for as long as your plan stays active. If you cancel and come back later, regular pricing applies. Free months, when offered, end on the date shown at checkout, and billing starts then unless you cancel first.
- Postcard spots
- Premium Plus and postcard ads include a spot on a shared mailer. We need your artwork or details by the deadline we send you; if we don't get them, we'll design a simple ad from your listing. Mail dates can shift a few days because of printing and the post office. Delivery counts are estimates from the post office routes we choose.
- Your content
- You're responsible for what you put on your listing, including photos, hours, prices and claims about your work. We may edit or remove anything misleading, unlawful, or that customers report as wrong.
- Results
- We work hard to send customers your way, but we can't promise a number of calls, visits or sales.
- Refunds
- Monthly plans aren't refunded for partial months. One-time purchases, like a postcard spot, can be refunded in full if you cancel before the print deadline.
